 Fish Slices

Fish Slices, a new product
The difference in this product from the traditional “hardfiskur” is that the raw material, the fresh haddock, is cut down in slices before it goes through the drying process, and is not processed through press to soften it, and is therefore different in texture and is more crispy than the traditional one and leaves no crumbles when consumed.
The size of each slice is an appropriate size to put in the mouth.
